Rebuild is committed to enhancing public spaces in Philadelphia, building upon the Mayor's initiative to reinvest in community infrastructure. The program collaborates with public and private entities to improve recreation centers, parks, playgrounds, and libraries, optimizing their capacity to serve residents effectively. This initiative is funded by the Philadelphia Beverage Tax, highlighting the significant investment, commitment, and vision that the City of Philadelphia is directing toward its communities. The sites identified for Rebuild investment are strategically selected based on their designation as high-need neighborhoods characterized by poverty, elevated crime rates, and increased health risks. McKnight International is responsible for providing comprehensive on-site project management services to oversee the execution of each Work Order. This oversight includes but is not limited to managing consultant services, facilitating community engagement, scheduling, and administering all other necessary project controls.
