Working for McKnight International has been a smooth experience. Management is hands on when needed, and willing to go to bat for us should we ask. There were concerns when our staff were taken in by McKnight International from a former company, but overall things have worked out pretty well. Our day to day experience has not changed, except that our timekeeping software is now modern and mobile-friendly. The insulated travel mug is a small thing, but it's a reminder that management cares enough about the little things and taking care of us.
