This project focused on renovating a space for the JFK Redevelopment construction and program management teams, including a new cafeteria. McKnight International provided Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling solutions for the New Terminal One Office Fit-Out at Building 111, JFK International Airport. Our team developed and managed a comprehensive CPM schedule, ensuring project milestones were met efficiently and within budget. The scope of the project encompasses the resurfacing and renovation of both the asphalt pavement and the underlying base materials. Runway 9R-27L is the most utilized runway at PHL for takeoffs and landings. It spans 12,000 feet in length and 200 feet in width and features 25-foot shoulders. As the longest and most technologically advanced runway at the airport, it is engineered to efficiently support long-haul flights while ensuring safety and reliability, even under adverse weather conditions.McKnight has provided detailed cost estimates and schedules that account for current cost trends, escalation impacts, and phased implementation. This careful planning guarantees the seamless integration of the proposed facilities with operational requirements, funding considerations, and project timelines for the design and construction phases one through three. These efforts underscore McKnight's expertise in delivering reliable cost estimation and scheduling solutions for aviation infrastructure projects, thereby ensuring operational smoothness and adherence to budgetary and scheduling objectives.

The project also aims to identify confined spaces within the terminal and upgrade electrical power at Concourse D’s United Airlines gates to support efficient PC Air units.
